HEXONIC DOUBLE TUBE SHEET HEAT EXCHANGER HEAT EXCHANGERS

Our range of Double Tube Sheet (DTS) heat exchangers are 3-A certified and meet the highest requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. They are manufactured in accordance with cGMP, PED and ASME, and come with FDA and USP Class VI certified gaskets, with the surfaces that come into contact with the pure medium having been polished to Ra ≤0.5µm. The double tubesheet constitutes additional protection for the product reducing the risk of the media mixing in case of potential leakage. The heat exchangers are available in horizontal or vertical models, and with one, two or four pass design. Sizing calculations are supplied with all quotations.
