ISIS STEAM | VENT HEAD
Vent heads are used on blowdown vessels, hotwell tanks and condensation pump sets. They are designed to remove water from discharged steam. The vented steam hits the internal baffle plate before discharging to atmosphere and residue water drains out of the head. The internal drain allows the recovery of condensate to be fed back in to the system hence increasing energy efficiency.
